Highbury Care Services is a family business, with family values being the core of our philosophy on support. The Company is driven by husband and wife team Phil & Olga Davies together with their daughter Natalie.

Natalie Davies

Registered Provider and Senior Partner
Highbury Care Services:Qualifying as a Registered Nurse with a Diploma in Nursing in 1994, I worked withinthe fields of surgical nursing, Oncology and palliative care, during which time I achieved my Honours degree in nursing studies. I became involved with the family business in 2000, and left the NHS in 2003 to focus on the field of learning disability.During my time to date with Highbury Care Services, I have achieved my NVQ level 4 Registered Managers Award, IOSH Certificate and my Professional Trainers Certificate. I also train in areas such as moving & handling, first aid, epilepsy, foood hygiene, and others.

Nicky Austerberry

Registered Manger
Highbury Care Services:My career with Highbury Care Services started as a part-time support worker whilst I was studying at university where I achieved a first class honours degree within the field of learning disability. Since 2003 I have gained my IOSH Certificate, Professional Trainers Certificate and I am qualified to train in food hygiene, moving & handling and first aid. I have progressed within the Company to the registered Manager and achieved my NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care and Level 4 in Leadership & Management.

Julie Green

Support Service Manager
I joined the Company in May 2005 as the Office Administrator, working my way up through the company to Support Service Manager. I have had experience since 1980 in office administration, and am responsible for the running of the administration department to include all staffing, recruitment and all areas of support services.

Caroline Higgin

Glyndwr Centre Supervisor
I have worked for Highbury Care Services since 2008. My background is mainly in the leisure industry, and I have been able to utilise my skills and training within the field of learning disabilities. I have progressed from a support worker to Glyndwr Centre Supervisor and enjoy the role very much. Whilst at Highbury Care Services I have achieved my NVQ Level 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care.
