Who are we
Established in 1996, Highbury Support Services is a family company with over 25 years’ experience specialising in enabling individuals with identified support needs to live their lives as independent as possible.
We support adults with mental health needs, learning & physical disabilities within their own homes, their community or at our day service centre teaching and enhancing abilities such as cooking and life skills.
Our passion is to provide enthusiastic, caring, and confident support staff to assist the individual in achieving independence, to fulfil their potential, and to be inclusive within their communities, building trust, and friendship.
Over recent years the Company expanded and now provides over 2500 hours of support each week employing over 80 highly qualified Support Workers. We recognise uniqueness and offer a service tailored to personal outcomes whilst delivering a rights-based approach. Our highly trained and motivated staff team promote all Individuals to have a valued and fulfilled life.

Domiciliary Support - Supported Living
Support is offered to Individuals in their own home and within the community.
Our support service is tailored to meet individual needs ranging from several hours of support each week to a full 24 / 7 hours of support depending on identified needs.
Day Services - The Glyndwr Centre
Outcome Based Enablement Services offer a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people, increase well-being and have fun.
