Highbury Support Services is a family company with over 25 years’ experience specialising in enabling individuals with identified support needs to live their lives as independent as possible.

We support adults with mental health needs, learning & physical disabilities within their own homes, their community or at our day service centre teaching and enhancing skills such as cooking and life skills.

Our passion is to provide enthusiastic, caring, and confident support staff to assist the individual in achieving independence, to fulfil their potential, and to be inclusive within their communities, building trust, and friendship.

Highbury Support Services are currently recruiting Support Workers within Conwy, Flintshire, and Denbighshire.

Experience is not essential as all training and guidance is provided. Rolling rota may involve day shifts, sleep ins and waking nights

Successful applicants will need to register with Social Care Wales and will be required to complete an Enhanced Disclosure, in line with our Safeguarding Policy.

Highbury Support Services will fund Enhanced Disclosure and initial Social Care Wales registration fees.

£12.10- £16.25 per hr, Double Pay Bank Holidays, Sleep-in rate @ £71.28
