The Team

Highbury Support Services is a family business, with family values being the core of our philosophy on support. The Company is driven by father and daughter team, Phil and Natalie, with support from Company Director Stephen Hillier.

Managing Director and Responsible Individual

Natalie Davies is our Managing Director and Responsible Individual.  Natalie qualified as a Registered Nurse with a Diploma in Nursing in 1994, working within the fields of surgical nursing, oncology and palliative care, during which time she achieved her BSc (Hons) degree in Nursing Studies.

Natalie has achieved her NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award and in 2015 her Level 4 Award in Management and Leadership via the Chartered Management Institute.

Registered Manager

Nicky Austerberry is our Registered Manager and joined Highbury Support Services in 2004. Nicky worked as a Support Worker during her time in university and was promoted to Glyndwr Centre Manager prior to becoming the Registered Manager for Highbury Support Services in 2009.

Nicky has a BA Hons Degree in Childhood and Adolescence, in addition to NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care and NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Support Manager

Lisa Parry is one of our Support Managers and joined Highbury Support Services as a Support Worker in 2004. Lisa was promoted to a Senior Support Worker and then successfully gained the position of Support Manager. Lisa manages her team of Support Workers and ensures quality across the services. Lisa provides our Company Induction to all new team members, providing full training and coaching.

Lisa has achieved her QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care, together with her IOSH and Business Administration Level 4. Lisa is a qualified Trainer, providing high quality training to our Support Worker.

Support Manager

Joanne Harper is also one of our Support Managers, joining Highbury Support Services in 1998.  Joanne has grown with the Company and spent many years working closely with a team of Support Workers and supporting Individuals to achieve their potential.  Joanne began as a Support Worker within the Company and was promoted to the Company’s Support Officer in 2019, progressing to Support Manager in 2023.  Joanne leads a team of Support Workers and provides guidance to team members and advises on best support practice.

Joanne has achieved her NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, IOSH and Business Administration Level 3.  Joanne is also qualified in assessing Medication Competencies.

Management Support Officer

Aaron Morris is one of our Management Support Officers, working closely with the Support Managers to promote the individuals we support to achieve their desired outcomes.  Aaron joined Highbury Support Services in 2010 progressing to become a Senior Support Worker and has now been promoted into his current role.

Aaron has achieved his NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and is one of our Active Support Champions.

Management Support Officer

Samantha Smith is also one of our Management Support Officers and brings with her a wealth of experience within the field of Social Care.  Samantha has previously worked for the Company as a Support Worker and rejoined the team in her new role.

Samantha has achieved her QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Support Workers & Senior Support Workers

A team of highly trained staff, delivering a quality service, promoting independence and outcome achievement for the people we support.

Receptionist & Office Administrator

Assists the management team in all aspects of reception work and administration.

Day Services - The Glyndwr Centre Team

A team of highly trained staff with a focus on delivering a service designed to meet the social and enabling outcomes of individuals with a learning disability, physical disability and or mental health need.
