About Us

Established in 1996, Highbury Support Services is a family company with over 25 years’ experience specialising in enabling individuals with identified support needs to live their lives as independent as possible.

In 2007 Highbury Support Services opened the The Glyndwr Centre, an activity day facility providing support for adults with identified needs, five days a week, 9am to 5pm.

Collectively at Highbury Support Services we encourage the independence of the individuals we support. Together with the unified assessment, appropriate risk assessments and with person centred planning, we aim to enable individuals to reach their full potential in all areas of living.

We believe all individuals are unique and offer a service tailored to their personal needs. Our highly trained and motivated staff promote all Individuals to have a valued and fulfilled life. We believe that the individuals we support are entitled to ordinary living, ensuring their fundamental rights are safeguarded.

We strive to enhance the everyday life skills of the individuals we support, whilst encouraging them to be integrated positively and participate fully within the local community, whilst working within their own personal guidelines to achieve outcomes.

Our recent CIW inspection paid compliment to Highbury Support Services’ robust management system and audit trails, with no recommendation for improvement being made.
